Boomtown Steakhouse chef Joseph Flannery showed viewers of the WLOX 4 O'clock Show how to make BBQ Salmon and Crawfish Mashed Potatoes on June 14.
Chef Flannery shared his recipe for Crawfish Mashed Potatoes for you to work at home.
Crawfish Mashed Potatoes
4 large potatoes, peeled
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ lb. butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 oz. Kosher salt
Tbsp. white pepper
4 oz. cooked crawfish tails
1. Dice and boil potatoes.
2. Strain and add heavy cream and butter.
3. Add all seasonings and mash well.
4. Add crawfish tails to liking.
Yield: 4-5 servings.
