BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Have you ever wanted to be in a movie? If so, you're in luck. Producers for the Biloxi based film "Artists Die Best in Black" are looking for extras, and some of the positions are needed as early as next week.

A spokesperson for the film told WLOX News they had a computer glitch and lost most of the contact information for those of you who already applied. So they are asking you to apply again.

If interested, contact Production Assistant Brian Alexander at extras.adbib@gmail.com and send the following:

  • Your headshot
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number with area code
  • Your email

Brian Alexander or another member of the crew will be contacting those interested by the end of this week.

The film's Senior Producer Billy Badalato is also having a boot camp on filmmaking, Friday, June 14th at the Mary C. O'Keefe Cultural Center (1600 Government Street, Ocean Springs). It begins at 3:30pm and runs until 6pm.

The boot camp will be an educational opportunity for South Mississippians interested in learning more about grip, lighting, camera and sound work.
