D'IBERVILLE, MS (WLOX) - Tuesday was the day 3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell was to be in court on a DUI charge in D'Iberville. But that case has been continued and Judge Albert Fountain has recused himself. A judge from Jackson County will now hear Harrell's case.

Harrell also has a court date in Nashville, Tennessee Wednesday where he's charged with vehicular homicide while driving under the influence. Authorities there say Harrell caused a fatal accident on an interstate last month.

Harrell's attorney told WLOX News, his client will not be in court Wednesday. Since the state is still waiting on some lab tests, all that will happen is a new court date will be set.

Shortly after his Nashville arrest, Harrell entered a voluntary rehab program.
