Jackson Co. chooses representatives for new tourism board

JACKSON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - Jackson County's Board of Supervisors on Monday appointed three representatives to the new tri-county tourism board: Rich Westfall, Carla Todd and Richard Chenoweth.

The 15 member regional tourism board was created under a bill recently signed by Governor Phil Bryant. It replaces the Harrison County Tourism Commission.

Both Jackson and Hancock counties will have three representatives on the board. Harrison County will have nine members.
