BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - A Wiggins man, who police say robbed the Wells Fargo Bank in Biloxi earlier this month, is now behind bars in Texas.

Authorities there say Brett Maurice Disiere was apprehended after committing a bank robbery in Conroe, Texas. Investigators have since linked him to two additional bank robberies in Texas, as well as the bank robbery in Biloxi.

Surveillance photos and tips from the public helped identify Disiere as a suspect in the Biloxi bank robbery. Investigators said the 42-year-old is currently under indictment from a November 2012 arrest for Commercial Burglary in Stone County. Because of that, Judge Albert Fountain issued no bond on Disiere. His extradition from Texas is pending.
