Audra McDonald to headline River Center concert Friday

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Just days after performing in New York City, Audra McDonald will take the stage at the River Center in Baton Rouge this weekend.

The Broadway star will headline Pennington's "Great Performer Concert" on Friday.

The show will be packed with popular music and the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra has been hard at work preparing to play beloved hits from Broadway and the movies.

Tickets are still available for Friday's performance.
