JACKSON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

The Jackson County Sheriff's Department arrested and charged two men with grand larceny Thursday.

According to Jackson County Sheriff Mike Byrd, the two suspects are Tyrone Gollott III, 32, of the 15000 block of McClellan Road in Biloxi and Jody Wayne Desilvey, 41, of the 6700 block of Mary Street in Ocean Springs.

Byrd said the men were arrested after a Vancleave resident reported he saw two people stealing equipment from his property.

When deputies Chris Goff, Tim Prochilo and Larry Cobarrubia arrived to the scene they were able to find Gollott and Desilvey near the victim's property.

Byrd said all the stolen items were returned to the victim.

Both suspects had an initial appearance before Jackson County Court. There bail was set at $5,000 each by Judge T. Larry Wilson.

If convicted, Gollott and Desilvey both face up to 10 years in the state penitentiary and a $10,000 fine.
