Police: Marijuana candy lands Gulfport man in jail

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -

A Gulfport man was arrested Monday charged with selling marijuana in the form of candy.

Ricardo Antalan of Gulfport was arrested in the 14000 block of Dedeaux Road.  Police said he was selling candy containing THC, also known as Marijuana Candy.

He's charged with the sale of marijuana and possession with the intent to distribute. Antalan is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility on a $35,000 bond.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Gulfport Police at (228) 868-5959 or Crime Stoppers at 1-877-787-5898.
