CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -

Chandler police said a 19-year-old woman with special needs has walked away from an assisted care facility in Phoenix.

Katie Stull, of Chandler, was last seen at about 2 p.m. Sunday in the Cooper and Ray Road area.

Family and relatives are concerned because the girl is deaf and cognitively delayed.

It's the second time Stull has walked out of the facility. The last time she disappeared was at the end of January.  She was found a short time later.

Police authorities in Mesa and Gilbert have been notified about the woman's latest disappearance.

People with any information about her Stull's whereabouts are asked to call the Chandler Police Department at 480-782-4130.
