Tracey Ashall. Tracey Ashall.

Long Beach runner Tracey Ashall is okay after two explosions happened near the finish line of the Boston Marathon on Monday around 2:50 p.m. ET.

According to Raycom News Network, the explosions occurred around 2:50 p.m. ET, which was nearly three hours after the first of the event's winners crossed.

WLOX interviewed 39-year-old Ashall and five others from South Mississippi just a few days before they left Mississippi to run in the Boston Marathon.

Ashall says she and four other South Mississippi runners are doing fine. A family member of the sixth runner Leonard Vergunst said he was doing well also.
