Rabbits only hoarded animals left to be adopted

HANCOCK COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

Dozens of animals seized from a hoarding operation in the Kiln are now in new homes. Friday, dogs, rabbits and poultry that were cleared to be adopted were taken home by their new families.

Earlier this week, 185 animals were rescued from a hoarding operation. All the cats, a total of 82, had to be put to sleep due to health issues. But all the birds, and dogs were adopted out. Only 17 rabbits are still left in need of new homes.
