SOUTH MISSISSIPPI (WLOX) - Strong thunderstorms associated with a cold front are moving through South Mississippi Thursday afternoon. A severe threat will remain until the late afternoon hours.
This storm system is bringing the threat of damaging winds, heavy rains, hail and possibly tornadoes.
If you are in the path of this storm, take precautions. Stay away from windows, get to the lowest level and interior portion of your home.
