MINEOLA, TX (KLTV) -

Mineola police responded to the crash in the 700 block of E. McDonald Street around 11a.m. Thursday. Police say a silver 2003 Lexus was westbound on McDonald Street when the car veered off the roadway and the driver overcorrected, flipping the vehicle.

The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle, police say, and has been identified as 54-year-old Jay Forrest Corley.

Corley died from his injuries. Police are continuing to investigate.
