CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A man suspected of robbing a Clarksville liquor store Tuesday night has been charged in a second robbery early Wednesday.

Joshua Dunlap, 26, faces two counts of aggravated robbery after police were first called to investigate a robbery Tuesday about 7 p.m. in the 300 block of College Street.

The clerk said a man walked into a liquor store, flashed a gun and demanded money.

He grabbed the cash and fled without firing a shot.

Officers were then called to a business in the 300 block of Providence Boulevard just before 4 a.m. Wednesday after a man stood near the cash register, lifted his shirt to reveal a handgun and demanded money.

Again, he fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Dunlap, who matched the description of the suspect in both robberies, was arrested later Wednesday after he was identified in a photo lineup, police said.

Detectives also found clothing matching the suspect in the College Street robbery at Dunlap's residence, police said.
