    Some Jackson County supervisors don't want to see people carrying guns in parks and other public areas despite a new gun law in the state. As WLOX has reported, starting July 1st Mississippians will be able to openly carry a gun and other weapons with or without a permit.   Some Jackson county leaders want to create a local ordinance to keep weapons in check.
GEORGE COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

A man's body was found Wednesday afternoon in the Bexley community of George County, and authorities believe foul play may be involved.

Investigators with the George County Sheriff's Department told WLOX News the body was found around 1pm on a pipeline. It was discovered by workers for the pipeline company.

Few other details are being released right now, including the victim's identity. At the time of this writing, relatives were still being notified.
