PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Two suspects are still on the run following a robbery last summer at a Phoenix Walmart store.

Silent Witness is asking for the public's help in generating new leads that could lead to an arrest.

The crime dates back to Aug. 31, 2012. Police said the suspect entered the store at 5200 W. Indian School Rd. at 1:07 a.m. He walked into a restroom near the checkout lanes and re-emerged about two minutes later, officers said.

As two customers, a 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman, walked out the store, the suspect approached them and asked for money. The couple refused to hand anything over.

The suspect persisted and this time pretended to have a gun. He stole a necklace from one of the victims. The robber then jumped into a waiting car.

The robber is described as Hispanic and in his 20s. He is 5'3" tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was clean shaven with shaved hair on the side of his head. He had a tattoo on the right side of his neck and arm.

The getaway driver is also described as Hispanic. He is between 24 and 25 years old. He's 5'9" tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has a stocky build.

The vehicle is described as a newer charcoal gray Nissan Altima with chrome rims.

Police also need help locating 22-year-old Joseph Rushing. He's wanted for attempted molestation of a child and sexual conduct with a minor. He is described as 6' tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.  Rushing has tattoos on his chest, left arm and a scar on his lower lip.

Another fugitive, 54-year-old Dennis Felicia, is wanted for a probation violation on an original charge of aggravated assault. He is described a 6'2" tall and weighs 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Felicia is also known as George Skunk and Frank Wykoff.  He has tattoos  with the word "LOCO" on his left hand and "MOM" on his upper left arm.

Anyone with information about any of these fugitives or crimes is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS OR 480-TESTIGO.
