A former bank teller in Montgomery County now faces additional indictments after the case was presented to a grand jury earlier this month.

Kristy Hodges, 30, of Cunningham, TN, was indicted on an additional 43 counts of false bookkeeping and one count of theft over $60,000.

Hodges is accused of stealing about $64,000 between 2008 and 2012.

She was arrested on March 12 and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on $5,000 bond.

In October of 2012, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation indicted and arrested her on one count of theft over $60,000, two counts of false entries over $1,000 and seven counts of false booking entries over $10,000.

In September 2012, the District Attorney General requested the TBI investigate allegations of embezzlement by Hodges, who worked at the Capital Bank branch on Jefferson Street.
