    Some Jackson County supervisors don't want to see people carrying guns in parks and other public areas despite a new gun law in the state. As WLOX has reported, starting July 1st Mississippians will be able to openly carry a gun and other weapons with or without a permit.   Some Jackson county leaders want to create a local ordinance to keep weapons in check.
PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Four people were arrested and seven others turned over to immigration authorities in simultaneous raids Thursday at the Valley's America's Taco Shop.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said it targeted the restaurant's three Valley locations. Two are in Phoenix at 2041 N. Seventh St. and 4447 N. Seventh Ave. The third location is in Tempe at 735 E. University Dr.

Booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail on felony charges related to identity theft and forgery were: Luis Islas, 38; Eladio Reyes Beltran, 49; Patricia Luceli Cruz-Lopez, 25; and, Ruben Villalobos, 34.

The remaining seven suspects were turned over to ICE officials for border violation issues.

The restaurant chain had been under investigation by detectives from MCSO's Criminal Employment Squad for more than a year. During the investigation, a total of 16 people were identified as using false identities and Social Security numbers.
