There was a gas line explosion early Tuesday morning, according to Washington Parish Sheriff Randy Seal. The gas fire is out, but trees in the area are still burning. More >>
BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -
Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove has confirmed the missing body found in the Mississippi Sound Friday afternoon is that of missing kayaker Nick Rainer.
Family members helped identify the body through tattoos and birth marks.
Hargrove says 22-year-old Rainer, of Biloxi, died as a result of drowning. His death has been ruled accidental.
