The record date for the Shareholders Meeting has been set for March 22, 2013.
The agenda of the Shareholders Meeting is as follows:
- For shareholders to receive audited financial statements for the financial year that ended on December 31, 2012
- Proposal of individual directors for election to the Supervisory Board
- Appointment of the Company auditor
