4- 8oz. Trout filets
2 cups all purpose Flour
2 oz. Salt and Pepper
4 oz. Oil
1 t minced Garlic
2 Lemons cut in half
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
2 oz White Wine
2 t chopped Green Onion
1 t fresh chopped Parsley
3 oz. whole Butter

Place oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Season the trout with the salt and pepper. Then dredge it in flour. When pan is hot place fish in pan. Panee for about 2 minutes on each side until brown. Take the fish out of the pan. Add garlic to the pan and saute for about 15 seconds. Squeeze the juice of the lemons into the pan. Deglaze the pan with the Worcestershire and White Wine. Reduce by half, add green onions and parsley. Finish with whole butter, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the fish.    Serves 4
