OCEAN SPRINGS, MS (WLOX) -

The State Auditor's office completed a search of Scott Walker's home in Ocean Springs Friday afternoon.

Walker is the son of fired Department of Marine Resources Director Dr. Bill Walker who was let go last month in the wake of a federal and state investigation into spending practices at the DMR.

Director of Investigation David Huggins would not confirm that Friday's search of Scott Walker's home was connected to the ongoing investigation at DMR, but he did say they removed some documents from Scott Walker's home.
