Gulfport woman accused of hitting Treasure Bay employee with vehicle

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

A Gulfport woman was arrested after hitting a Treasure Bay employee with her vehicle Sunday, according to Biloxi police.  

Investigator Michael Shaw said, 53-year-old Dannette Marie Coleman of Gulfport faces a charge of aggravated assault and DUI.  

Shaw said Coleman hit a Treasure Bay security guard, pinning him between her vehicle and aTreasure Bay security vehicle.  

That security guard was transported to Biloxi Regional for minor injuries and later released, according to Shaw.

Coleman was transported to the Harrison County Jail on a $50,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
