SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

An actor in the movie Dazed and Confused was arrested early Sunday morning after a fight at a Scottsdale bar, police said.

Jason London was booked into jail on charges of  assault and disorderly conduct.

A patron at Martini Ranch at 7295 E. Stetson told officers he was walking through the crowd gathered at the bar and had to move London to get by, according to a police report.

The unidentified customer said London turned around and intentionally sneezed directly in his face, the police report stated.

Officers said the man asked London to apologize. London refused and punched the man on the right side of his face with a closed right fist, police said.

Security escorted the pair out of the bar.

When police arrived, they said they saw London cursing and struggling with crews from the Scottsdale Fire Department, who were trying to treat him.

One of the officers said he tried to prevent London from assaulting the paramedics. The officer said he was forced to deliver a knee blow to the outer part of London's right thigh and seat him on the ground.

London eventually refused any medical treatment, officers said.

Police said as they drove London to jail, the actor continued cursing and defecated in his pants.

Authorities said London showed signs of extreme alcohol impairment.

The actor is known for his role as Randall Floyd in the movie Dazed and Confused.
