PASCAGOULA, MS (WLOX) -

The man accused of murder and aggravate assault attended his court hearing Tuesday morning before Judge Michael Fondren.

Fondren did not set bond for Adrian Orville Moore, 25, of Pascagoula because he was already out on bond for a previous aggravated assault charge that happened on July 2010.

Reporter Patrice Clark attended the hearing. She said Moore will also have a revocation hearing and a preliminary hearing on Wednesday at 9 a.m.

Moore was taken back to the Pascagoula jail. His murder and aggravated assault charges stem from a shooting involving two brothers. Moore is accused of shooting both of the brothers. One of the men was killed in the shooting and the other was hospitalized and has been released.
