Pascagoula police said 25-year-old Adrian Orville Moore, who is accused of murder and aggravated assault on Sunday is scheduled to appear in court either Monday or Tuesday.
According to Sgt. Calvin Hutchins, 46-year-old Alfred Durden Jr. and his brother 51-year-old, Hardy Parker Jr. both of Pascagoula were shot around 1:20 Sunday morning. Parker died from his injuries, Hutchins said. However, Durden is reportedly doing well.

The victim was able to call 911. When police arrived they found one victim standing near the roadway bleeding from an apparent gunshot wound, Hutchins said.
Hutchins said, police performed a search and arrest warrant at Moore's home on School Avenue in Pascagoula. He was arrested and taken to the Pascagoula Municipal Jail
Both victims were transported to Singing River Hospital by Acadian Ambulance.
At the time of the shooting, Moore was out on bond from a previous aggravated assault charge that happened on July 2010, Hutchins added.
