He helped Mississippi legislators lose 1,400 pounds in just 12 weeks and now he's willing to do that for you at no charge.
Personal trainer and motivational speaker Paul Lacoste started the "Fit 4 Change" program in Jackson that's getting amazing results and national recognition. Now he's about to kick off that same intense program at eFitness & Wellness in Biloxi at no charge. But that's only if you stick to the program.
The former NFL and Bulldogs linebacker's "Fit 4 Change" program has a proven track record.
"We see people that lose anywhere from 20 to 100 plus pounds during these 12 weeks," Lacoste said.
Two years ago, the Jackson native challenged Mississippi lawmakers to set an example to end obesity in our state. With his help, 100 of them shed more than 1,400 pounds. Now he's bringing that proven fitness challenge to South Mississippi, calling it "Fit 4 The Coast."
The high energy health enthusiast said, "We'll be here at eFitness and it's a free program: 12 weeks of training, four days a week. We have two classes, 5am to 6am and 6am to 7am. The people that come to these programs get dramatic results."
And it's more than just working out the body. The mind, he says will also be enriched with information about healthy eating and true lifestyle changes.
"We reach on every level of about fitness and health and wellness. We're going to have nutritional seminars, grocery store tours."
His program and his results have even gained national recognition and come at no charge "if" you stick with the program and succeed.
"It's the right thing to hold the participant accountable. So we have an accountability check that each participant turns in and we hold that for 12 weeks. And when it's over, we give them that check back."
Lacoste said he can't wait to give anyone truly ready to change a real shot at looking and feeling better for life.
Registration ends at 5pm, January 8th. The weigh in and health check is January 14th at eFitness & Wellness in Biloxi. Learn more online at http://www.paullacoste.com.
