JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A full length feature film, titled "Rumors of Wars" is being shot in the Jackson area. The production crew spent the day filming at several locations in the Capital City.

The year is 2040. The Christians are mostly gone, hiding out in enclaves.

The Alliance, which is the new world order, has taken over. They are saying join us or we are going to execute you.

"Rumors of Wars" is being shot by BearFruit Films out of Phoenix, Arizona. James Simmons is the Executive Producer.

The action Wednesday was at the state fairgrounds where the old armory building was being used as a backdrop.

One of the local actors in the movie is Brian Hilburn of Clinton, who is originally from Cleveland.

"It's wonderful to be able to shoot here in Jackson," said Hilburn. "Part of the movie was shot in Michigan. Over half of it was shot here in Mississippi because of the tax incentives. We have got about 65 people working in the crew. That does not include our extras and cast. Close to about a hundred people, both extras and actors."

We are told they are spending about a million dollars shooting the film here. It should be at a theatre near you soon.
