Long Beach Christmas toy drive
It's the weekend before Christmas and Santa needs your help collecting toys. Simply bring a new, unwrapped toy to Jeff Davis Avenue in Long beach for the Christmas Cruise toy drive tonight. All donations will go towards needy families in Long Beach. The drive begins at 5 p.m. Santa will arrive to gather all the toys at 6 p.m.

4th Annual Nutcracker
A Rat King, prancing mice, the Sugarplum fairy, Clara and the handsome Nutcracker prince there all part of the Nutcracker. Close to 40 professional dancers from the Montgomery Ballet along with ballet students from around the coast will be performing. They'll be wearing beautiful costumes. The sets and special effects are sure to make this enchanting holiday ballet a must see. There are two shows tonight and the ballet lasts for about an hour and a half.

Living Nativity Show
The Bay St. Louis Little Theater is recreating the nativity. This show features a reading of the Gospel according the Matthew and Luke narrated by Bruce Northridge. Actors will portray Mary, Joseph, the Wise Men, and shepherds. This nativity scene also features live animals. The show is free, but donations will be accepted.

The Holiday Ice Spectacular is a show that's sure to transport the entire family to the north pole simply by stepping into the Beau Rivage theater. A cast of ice skaters, who are largely gold medalist's, will perform breathtaking moves to holiday music. Santa's elves will also make an appearance. Temperatures in the theater may be cooler than usual so bring a jacket. The show runs until December 30 so be sure to go to WLOX.com for all the show dates.

If you love to tango or think you might put on your dancing shoes and dance to tango, vals and milonga. The dance is B.Y.O.B and takes place at A Tango y Salsa in Biloxi. Refreshments will be available. A 30 minute lesson will begin before the dance.
