(RNN) - You have no excuse for forgetting your anniversary if you get married on Wednesday.

The 12/12/12 date is the last triple digit wedding day available in this century and has become a popular choice for many looking to tie the knot, in spite of the fact that it's in the middle of the week.

Wedding retailer David's Bridal estimates that 7,500 brides and grooms will marry on 12/12/12. Fewer than 500 couples wed on 12/12/11.

Nearly 65,000 couples tied the knot on 07/07/07, helped by the fact that date fell on a Saturday.

Several wedding companies are offering packages for brides and grooms who want to become man and wife on Wednesday.

A Maryland non-denominational pastor plans to host a mass wedding, with an estimated 450 couples saying "I do" at exactly 12:12 p.m.

Mary Mazullo hopes the event goes down in the history books, with an attempt to set the record for the largest vow renewal/wedding on 12/12/12 and the largest "trash the gown" ceremony, among others.

But nobody can beat a couple from Kalina, India for the most interesting number-themed courtship and wedding.

According to Mid Day, a publication out of Mumbai, Brandon Pereira and Emilia D'Silva got engaged on 10/10/10, celebrated a court ceremony on 11/11/11 and will throw a church wedding on 12/12/12.

"I am sure these unique dates in my love story will make for an exciting story for my kids," D'Silva told Mid Day.

The couple dated for 12 years before Pereira popped the question.

"I never imagined that we would get such memorable dates in our life to remember," Pereira said.

If you miss your chance on Wednesday, the next triple digit day to wed is not until 01/01/01 - 2101, that is.

Better instead bank on another cool, much sooner date - 11/12/13.

School district risk assessments have to be done every year. It’s required by state law. But for the next school term, an independent study by the Harrison County Sheriff's Office through the perspective of students could make the county school district safer.
