Two fugitive brothers wanted out of Tennessee were captured around 6:30 Thursday morning according to Pearl River Sheriff's Department. According to Pearl River County Sheriff David Allison, Jessy and Jeffrey Marchbanks were caught at the corner of Ozona Richardson Road and Richardson Road just after sunrise. That's the same general area authorities had searched Wednesday and early Thursday morning.More >>

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -
An 18 year old was shot in the leg late this afternoon near the Stone Gate Apartments off 50th Avenue in Gulfport. His injury is not considered life threatening.
Here's what police have confirmed to WLOX News. After being shot, the victim was able to run to a home across the street, and call authorities. He gave investigators a loose description of the shooting suspect. But, he told police he really didn't know who shot him.
Gulfport police have not released the victim's name. They also haven't released the description of the shooter.
