Editor's note: Kids - Santa will most certainly deliver a lump of coal to this man's house.
Kingston, Ontario - A drunk parade attendee was arrested last week after telling kids there is no Santa Claus, according to the Toronto Star.
Police told the newspaper the 24-year-old man spent the night in a Kingston, Ontario jail after shouting "Santa isn't real" to children attending the city's annual Santa Claus Parade.
The supposed real-life Grinch, according to police, had his hair gelled in such a way that it looked like devil horns protruding from his head.
The unidentified man, who was already on probation, was charged with causing a disturbance by being drunk and breach of probation.
After sobering up the next morning, he was granted bail.
It is unclear if he went straight to the nearest mall to have a seat on Old Saint Nick's lap to apologize.
