The Cleveland woman who refused to stop for a city school bus served out part of her unique and humiliating punishment Tuesday morning.

However, after Judge Pinkey Carr got wind of what Hardin was doing, or not doing, during her punishment, she plans to join Hardin during her second day of punishment Wednesday.

Shena Hardin was ordered to stand at the corner of East 38th Street and Payne today and tomorrow wearing a sign that says, "Only an idiot would drive around a school bus."

Hardin never said a word during her punishment, and simply stood on the corner texting and talking on her phone. She also wore ear buds and smoked cigarette after cigarette. At one point, she blew smoke at our camera when asked a question.

The 32-year-old was caught on cell phone video driving recklessly around a Cleveland school bus full of children in September.

Witnesses say Hardin drove on the sidewalk on a daily basis to avoid waiting for the school bus on East 38th.

Fearing a potentially dangerous situation, the bus driver captured the act on cell phone.  The bus driver then contacted the Third District Police before starting his route.

Officers waited for Hardin, and caught her in the act.

Hardin pleaded guilty last week. Her license was also suspended for 30 days and she must pay $250 in court costs.

14 years as part of the Ole Miss football program as a coach or player has prepared Matt Luke for this opportunity. Admittedly it doesn't come under the circumstances he might've envisioned. But with a Rebel bloodline that runs 3 generations deep, the position fulfills a lifelong dream. "I can truly tell y'all today that this is my dream job," Luke said Monday at his first press conference as Ole Miss interim head coach. "It's a job that I've been preparing my whole li...

The Pascagoula Panthers open the 2017 football season on the road. In fact, their first three games are road contests. That scheduling quirk may give field turf crews just enough time to get War Memorial Stadium ready for the September 8 home opener. The wet weather in South Mississippi is placing quite the burden on construction workers as they attempt to complete stadium renovations. The project was suppose to be finished before the beginning of Pascagoula's football season.
