Chocolate Covered Pecans
  • Melt blocks of sweetened chocolate in the microwave.  Don't melt it for too long.
  • Stir the chocolate and add salted pecans.  If you don't have salted pecans, you can take fresh pecans and brown them in the oven with a butter and salt mixture brushed over them.
  • Add the pecans to the chocolate and stir.
  • Dump this on waxed paper or silver foil and let cool.
  • Once cooled, break the chocolate covered pecans into smaller pieces and serve!
