Trapani's Eatry Blackened Snapper Pasta

  • Angel Hair Pasta with garlic butter and parmesan cheese
  • Filet of Red Snapper lightly coated with blackening seasoning
  • Onion
  • Chopped Mushroom
  • Chopped Bell pepper
  • Chopped Crawfish tails
  • Kikoman Soy Sauce
  • Tony Chacheres' Creole Seasoning

Blacken filet of red snapper. Prepare pasta with garlic butter and parmesan cheese. Sauté Crawfish tails, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers in garlic butter and soy sauce (the low calorie kind).

Place snapper on top of pasta. Place sauté on top of Snapper and pasta. Finish by adding hollandaise sauce.
