Two-Tone Fudge- MSU Extension Service

Two - Tone Fudge

  • ½ c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 7 oz. marshmallow crème
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1- 6 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 1 c. nuts

Melt butter in 2-quart casserole about 45-60 seconds on high.

Stir in sugar and milk. Cook to soft ball stage about 9 - 11 minutes on high.

Add marshmallow crème and vanilla. Blend well. Divide mixture in half. Add semisweet chips and nuts to one half and milk chocolate chips to the other half. Stir until chips are melted and blended.

Pour one mixture in a 9" square dish. Top with the other mixture. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.

Peanut butter chips may be substituted for the milk chocolate chips.
