Authorities have recovered the body of a 6-year-old boy who apparently drowned after an all-terrain vehicle overturned in a Mississippi creek, while the search for his brother continued.
The 17th Annual 'Vettes by the Shore drew nearly 100 corvettes to the Edgewater Mall parking lot.
People from Louisiana, Alabama, Florida and Texas, came to Mississippi to display their rides.
Young and old flocked to the eye candy to explore the splendor of the vehicles.
It was a relaxing family event filled with music, shade and corvettes galore.
A portion of the proceeds go to the CASA foundation, an intervention program for children in troubled homes.
"We go to the shows in New Orleans, they come to our shows. We go to the shows East of here, they come to our shows. So we just all love to come to each other's shows and have a good time," said show chairman Brian Gambony.
