Two fugitive brothers wanted out of Tennessee were captured around 6:30 Thursday morning according to Pearl River Sheriff's Department.  According to Pearl River County Sheriff David Allison, Jessy and Jeffrey Marchbanks were caught at the corner of Ozona Richardson Road and Richardson Road just after sunrise. That's the same general area authorities had searched Wednesday and early Thursday morning.

An arrest has been made in the death of a Cleveland woman who was struck and killed by a vehicle Oct. 20.

Police say 23-year-old Rodney Shelton Fulgham of Bolivar County is being held on a felony vehicular homicide charge.

Warren Strain with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety says 20-year-old Shelby Harmon was struck and killed as she was walking on Highway 61 near the Boyle community around 5:30 a.m. Oct. 20.

The charge is the result of an investigation by MBI, the Bolivar County Sheriff's Department and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

Fulgham is in the Bolivar County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.

Harmon's family says she had argued with Fulgham before he hit her with his truck, knocking her into traffic where she was run over by two other vehicles.

Harmon's friends and family also set up a Facebook page demanding justice in the case.
