BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Biloxi police charged 28-year-old Drake Sermos of Biloxi with aggravated stalking, burglary and felony malicious mischief Friday.

According to Biloxi Lt. Bobby Darden, Sermos is accused of repeatedly stalking his ex-girlfriend in an attempt to get back together with her.

After stalking complaints, a no contact order was issued against Sermos, however, he reportedly violated that order and Biloxi police arrested him on September 27.

Once he was released from jail, Sermos allegedly tried making contact with his ex-girlfriend again. Lt. Darden said she continued to refuse his advances. That's when he reportedly broke into her home on October 26 and destroyed items inside the home.

Lt. Darden said, Sermos was already out on bond for another burglary and malicious mischief charge which occurred May 18 against the same victim.

Harrison County Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain set Sermos' bond at no bond for each new charge. Biloxi police also requested a bond revocation on Sermos for the previous charges. The bond revocation means Sermos won't be released from jail again until his case is adjudicated.

Lt. Darden said, records show Sermos had numerous past incidents of domestic violence and stalking charges from other jurisdictions in addition to Biloxi.
