Two men had to be rescued early Saturday morning from the rising Wolf River waters in Harrison County.
Authorities say the pair drove around one barricade and removed another that closed off the road due to flooding.
Officials say the two men were swept away as they tried to cross the flooded road.
Luckily, both men were able to get out of their truck and climb onto the roof. Several minutes later, members of the Department of Marine Resources Marine Patrol rescued the pair.
Harrison County Fire Marshal Pat Sullivan says it was a very dangerous situation and the two men are lucky to be alive.
Both men were issued citations for crossing a closed road.
