Help For Sleepy Teens

The National Sleep Foundation is calling attention to sleep deprived teens. A new report says teens not only need more sleep, but that they naturally stay up and wake up later in the day.

The Foundation urges high schools to start later, to reduce traffic accidents and improve learning.
