Separate Drug Busts Land Two Men In Jail

Harrison County deputies arrested 38 year old Kenneth Virgil Shows, Junior around 11:30 Monday night in the woods not far from his home on McHenry Road.

Deputies say Shows dumped a bag as he tried to get away. Investigators later found the bag and say it contained seven grams of methamphetamine.

Two other men were at the meth lab last night, but they got away.

Meanwhile, Shows will not be able to bond out of jail because he was already out on bond for another felony charge at the time of his arrest.

Another drug arrest has landed a Pascagoula man in jail.

Jackson County's narcotics Task Force arrested 28 year old Marcus Peairs at his home on Victor Street in Pascagoula Saturday after undercover agents purchased Crack Cocaine from him.

Officers also found two stolen guns and a stolen vehicle at his home. Marcus Peairs remained in the Jackson County Adult Detention center Tuesday night.
