I-10 wreck stymies traffic through Gulfport

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -

We have this warning for South Mississippi commuters.  Wreckers are on their way to an accident on I-10 in east Gulfport.  They're heading that way because of a collision between a Jeep and another car that has shut down one eastbound lane of the interstate.

That wreck was near the Lorraine Road exit.

Gulfport police expect traffic to remain log jammed until about 9:00 this morning.

WLOX News has not confirmed whether there were any injuries in this morning's wreck.
