Tyler Police and EMS are heading to the scene of a two-vehicle collision on S. Loop 323 and Donnybrook.

The accident happened just before 10am, Thursday when a commercial pick-up truck rear-ended a delivery truck that was stopped at the light at S. Loop 323 and Donnybrook. According to a witness on the scene, the truck hit the delivery truck two to three times. The witness believes it may have happened because of a brake failure.

There were three women in the pick-up truck and one of them opened up the door and fell out onto the pavement just after the crash. She was transported by ambulance to a Tyler hospital. The extent of her injuries is not known.

Traffic is moving slow in the area.
