HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Amy Bishop-Anderson will go to trial this fall.

Monday afternoon, Madison County Circuit Judge set the trial for September 10th.

Bishop-Anderson shot six people on the UA-Huntsville campus in February of 2010.

Her trial was supposed to begin Monday, March 19th, but after the Alabama Criminal Court of Appeals ruled Bishop-Anderson could not get pre-trial money for experts, defense attorneys petitioned for more time.

Bishop-Anderson also faces murder charges in Massachusetts for the shooting death of her brother, Seth Bishop.

That case will not go to trial until the case in Madison County is complete.
