Sesame Crusted Tuna w/ Pineapple Cilantro Relish
Pineapple Cilantro Relish
1 pineapple skinned, cored, and chopped into fine pieces
1 bunch fresh Cilantro, cleaned and chopped
1/2 cup chopped Red Onion
1 tbl Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Wasabi (Green Horse Radish)
1 tsp. Salt
Mix all ingredients together and place in refrigerator. The fresher the ingredients the better it will be.
Sesame Crusted Tuna
2 fresh Tuna Steaks
1/4 cup Sesame seeds spread on plate
Sesame seed oil
Olive oil
Preheat skillet with equal parts of olive oil and sesame seed oil, about 1/8 in. deep.
Lightly coat both sides of the Tuna Steak with olive oil. Press Tuna Steaks into the sesame seeds coating both sides with seeds. Place steaks into the preheated skillet and cook until desired temperature.
Serve with the pineapple cilantro relish and enjoy.
