JACKSON, MS (WLOX) - An apparent victory in our state's highest court for the state's Windpool and Mississippi's Insurance Commissioner.
The Mississippi Supreme Court on Thursday reversed almost all of a Chancery Court's ruling on how the Windpool handled its over losses due to Hurricane Katrina. The court saying that other than one accounting protocol the Windpool board and the state's insurance commissioner acted correctly.
