3              oz unsalted butter

2              oz fresh chopped garlic

1              Can Budweiser (beer)

Salt (to taste)

16           clams (each)

1              bread stick

1              oz fresh chopped parsley (garnish)

  • Melt butter in skillet on med-high heat then add fresh garlic, beer, and salt to taste.
  • Then add the clams to the pan and cover them with a lid.  Let them simmer for about 2 min.
  • Toast bread stick until golden brown.  Serve in a pasta bowl - garnish with fresh parsley
