Jackson County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a man for forcing his way into the mother of his children's home and abducting his own children.
Officials say they responded to complaints at a home on Locklear Road in Moss Point of Kevin Duane Deese, 26, of Wilmer, Alabama holding the mother of his children by gunpoint and taking their two and six year old daughters.
Authorities say this happened on two occasions. Deese then came back to the home twice and broke out the windows of the complainants 1998 Ford Explorer and her residence. He later set fire to the complainant's father's 2002 Dodge Dakota.
Deese was arrested September 6 at the Cheapo Deepo Gas Station on Highway 613.
He is currently being held at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center, and if convicted, he will be charged with Burglary of a Dwelling, Felony Malicious Mischief and Arson.
If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in MDOC and a fine of $30,000. Deese is currently out on bond on eleven counts of commercial burglary from Pascagoula Police Department.
