Tools: Dough hook, Hobart mixer, Mini loaf pan
Yield: 2 lb.

Soda Bread

4 cups. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 cups. Buttermilk

Combine all dry ingredients in mixer. Using dough hook combine buttermilk with dough until it pulls from side of bowl. Place on floured table and knead lightly. Cut into four oz. mini loaf. Place in mini loaf pan that has been sprayed with food release. Bake at 400'F for 25 min.
